Adobe TV

I'm quite scared about building my website, I haven't used Flash before (apart from in the sessions with Andy) and I'm not too familiar with Flash Catalyst either so I'm having a cramming session and watching lots of Adobe TV to try and remind myself of the programs and how to do the basics.
